Reflection
My principal asked me, what is something you learned during your 2014 Colorado Teacher of the Year? My response, " the one person who knows what is going on in education is the teacher."
Thank you so much for participating in my interview on Friday. I wish that I had been able to speak with you afterward. I have enjoyed viewing your inspirational blog and your message about the Colorado Teacher of the Year process. I hope to share your resources with my colleagues.
Engaging in this journey and reflecting on my teaching have really challenged me to grow in unexpected ways. I have many ideas about how my learning community can grow this year as well.
Would you mind if I keep in contact with you? It would be so nice to have a collegial network outside of my district community.
